う〜ん、多分直ったんじゃないかと思うんですが、
一応正式なバージョンアップはもう少し様子を見ます。

＃元々は（秀丸から起動した）田楽鯖で同じような現象があったんですが、
　それと同じ対策を施したので…。
＃前に nkf32 の動作がおかしいという話がありましたが、
　多分原因は同じ所にあるんじゃないかと思います。
