Carbs. : Yoshimura's Quad Keihn CV carbs with Yoshimura's offset manifold.

       à Dual Mikuni Solex 40 PHH type S ( OV 32mm)  with Toda racing intake manifold. (June 2006)

                          à Dual Mikuni Solex 44 PHH type 4 (OV 34mm) (May 2007)

Camshaft : Mugen R1 replica cam with adjustable pulley ( purchase from Racecraft . Thanks Charles!!)

                         à Mugen  MS1 cam  (June 2006)

Ignition : Stock RS Distributor with Hitachi fully transistor ignition

Ignition coil : Wako technical's Gold coil

Ignition cables : Nagai-denshi "Ultra" cable ( Thanks Masaki-kun!!)

Fuel pump : NISMO(Nissan Motor Sports) Electroic pump (low pressure and lot of flow)

Fuel regulator : Holley (Fuel press. adjusted to 0.20 kg/cm2)  à removed ( since June 2006)

Pistons : 0.25 mm over size RS stock piston ( 70.25 mm) with full floating pin ( pin is more shorter than stock )

                 à Mugen  MS1   72mm piston  (June 2006)   C/R=10.4

Head : Polished ports ( not expanded ) and 0.5 mm surface shaved.

      à valve size up +  lightened (in 36à 38mm  exhaust  32mm)  intake ports were expanded.    (June 2006)

                     Valve spring from Honda EA 360cc motor. (June 2006)

 

Engine oil : Castrol RS (10W-50)

Gearbox oil : genuine Honda MTF-2

Wheels : Kobe-seiko's 13" / 5J looks like mini right.
